Biological Age Assessment
What is premature aging and what are its consequences for the body?
A biological age test is the most reliable method to calculate the true condition of our body through telomere analysis, allowing us to know whether we are aging faster or slower compared to our chronological age.
Biological aging is a normal, programmed process, but premature aging is a serious multifactorial condition!
The diagnosis of premature aging—which leads to early deterioration and under-functioning of the body—is not a luxury; it is an urgent necessity to ensure proper body function and maximum performance, which together lead to the best possible quality of life.
At the genetic level, the chronic accumulation of cellular damage in the form of epigenetic changes can prove fatal for the organism, significantly reducing our daily quality of life, levels of well-being, and both physical and mental health, ultimately leading to the development of serious chronic diseases.
It is important to understand the significance of prevention as well as early management of existing health issues, in order to avoid potentially harmful drug treatments and the emergence of further problems.
The major advantage we have is that the rate of cellular aging depends to a very large extent (70–80%) on external, modifiable lifestyle factors. This makes it entirely feasible to control our rate of aging simply by changing or adapting some of our daily habits. In other words, good health and quality of life are in our own hands!
Biological age test – Goal – Treatment
How does this work in practice? By monitoring the body’s level of deterioration through biological age testing, we provide it with specialized nutrients necessary for repairing damage, preventing new damage, and maximizing its natural self-healing and cellular regeneration mechanisms (such as stem cells).
This is done without invasive methods, through personalized administration of completely safe, high-quality nutrients via diet and dietary supplements to meet cellular needs. Our goal is to suppress the mechanisms that lead to cellular damage—such as chronic inflammation and chronic oxidative stress—and to activate the mechanisms of repair, regeneration, and reversal of aging.
The results are impressive across multiple areas of physical and mental health, including improved metabolism, enhanced immune system, increased energy, stress management, reduction of physical pain caused by chronic inflammation, body weight regulation, improved mood and sexual health, and the effective management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and autoimmune diseases.
Method of calculating aging rate
This test is performed by collecting a small blood sample, which is used to isolate immune system cells (leukocytes) and analyze each telomere of each chromosome individually using a highly sensitive method.
This allows us to calculate the average telomere length of an individual and to analyze their profile in detail. We can then determine a person’s “biological age” based on their telomere length, which may differ significantly from their chronological age, and compare their profile to that of the rest of the population in the same age group.
Health and wellness advice based on telomere length
Telomere length is the most reliable indicator of biological aging. When this analysis is performed at regular intervals, it can serve as a guide for the proper implementation of health recommendations—for example, specialized skin treatments, wellness strategies, nutritional advice, and the use of specific dietary supplements.
Applying such recommendations aims to improve the body’s health, enhance its performance, promote cellular renewal, and reverse aging.
